SCHDEULE FOR RE SHOOT ON FRIDAY NIGHT

9-2pm – INDIA  get food. Get lanterns too.

3.15-Pick up mollie and paige enysford.

3.15- Pick up georgex2 and callum

4.30pm arrive at my house.

5pm- food, whilst hair and makeup gets done.

5.45-finish food.

6.30pm – finish hair and makeup and have meeting about the nights procedures.

6.30pm onwards start shooting. Fire dance routines bright clearer shots and lip synching. Including the ham behind the scenes dance with knees and elbows.

8pm-Do  shot fo geroge surrey  smirking taking off hat.

8.30pm- Re do lighting match and blowing the light out.

9pm-lanterns

9.30pm – India leaves.

10pm – Paige and callum relationship Paige and callum relationship- silouhette relationship - more aggressive and realistic

10.20pm- Black lines when dancing – 0.57 have more close up shots of this to different angles.

Cans ee the hose hide that.

10.30pm- silouhette a front piggy back shot.with geroge reily. 0

11pm- girls random dance routines .

11pm tom and india arrive.

11.10pm-Boys pick up girls stick up foot in the air and paige stands at front alone – sit on grass.

11.20pm- Paige lit up from the front with silouhettes in the background.

           11.40pm- take a pic form inside the circle Paige with boys hands

12.20 pm Silouhette ideas -Night scene dancing – tom too comical.

INDIA THINGS WE NEED TO DO TOGETHER BEFROE THE NIGHT SHOOT ON FRIDAY

-Watch the music video through - note down all the parts we want to re shoot - change or improve on.
-Buy rabbit heads
- make sure have the same costumes and props- continutiy.
- make a schedule of the night- for example transportation, makeup and hair, keeping cast warm, food and water.

This is me previously taking to the cast about the production schedule.

This is me talking to the cast about costume. As there was going to be a shoot that involved water we needed to ensure that the actors were warm so i provided blankets and thick coats. I also informed them that they needed to wear black jeans and a white shirt as all of the boy actors needed to look the same. 

As myself and india can drive it was easy for us to collect the cast and transport them to each shooting location.

Me the night  before the night shoot testng out the light effect in my garden . I used two large lgiths which I placed onto my decking.

I then positioned the hose upright, which created this light effect as there was a light shinign behind.

I then sttod in front of the hose and the light which created this silouhette effect.

Bonfire Scenes 

Here me and the cast team were discussing the situation  for tonights shoot.

In my garden I put two large lights on stands at the end of the garden. Which allowed the lgith to shine on the back of the whater being sprayed. Therefore when a person stood in front of it a silouhette was formed. Which was my inteneded effect.
                                                     

Water scenes 

Here I made a make shift stand out of a broken flower pot whcih allowed the hose to sit and spray water upright, which was the effect I wanted.
